The Live Presentation Module.
Key Results: Confidence, Conversions
The outcome of the live presentation is that you will be considered the expert in the topic that you present, and therefore will gain the credibility associated with that expertise. This expertise earns you the right to care for those that attend your workshop.
The Presentation Module contains everything you need topresent a very effective workshop, including;
1. The PowerPoint slides
2. The PowerPoint slide review
3. The Workshop Handouts
1. The Powerpoint Slides
The foundational element of the ChiroWorkshop Packages is the PowerPoint presentations.
There are typically approximately 100 slides in each workshop, each slide being fully customizable and editable–meaning you can easily modify the number of slides, change the order, animation sequence, and copy for your individual office’s specification. If at any time you require any assistance with your presentation process, simple call our office at 888.999.6609 or via email help@chiroworkshop.com.

2. The Powerpoint Slide Review
For your convenience each workshop also comes with a slide review. The slide review is where I walk through the entire workshop and provide you with my crib notes for each slide. Many doctors find it helpful to get inside my head as I created the workshop, and the insight on the background of the slides may prove to be helpful for you. Please make your presentation your own.

3. The Workshop Handouts
All packages include the handouts necessary for making your workshop successful. In order to make the most of your handouts, here’s a quick overview of how I recommend that you use them:

1. Create a folder for each attendee of your workshop.
Creating a professional folder is a very important way of letting your attendees and guests know how important they are to you. Also, you can place a number of items in the folder that if handed out separately have a tendency to be misplaced, lost, or tossed. If you don’t already have a Brother Label Maker, I highly suggest you purchase one. It makes the files look very professional. The model we recommend is Brother PT-1830.
*Make extras for any non-registered guests.

2. Items to include in Attendee’s Folder
Along with the specific workshop handouts it is important to include the following items:
a. Welcome letter
In the Handout Folder provided in each workshop you’ll find a welcome letter specific for that topic. Please read through the letter and customize it for your practice. This is very important.
b. New Patient Special Offer Coupons
Including a special offer is a great way to encourage those attendees to join your practice patient team. Include a few extra coupons for their friends, family, loved ones, and colleagues.
c. Customized workshop magazine
The customized workshop magazine adds to your credibility, and also helps them to remember the items that you covered during the workshop. We recommend that you include at least two copies, one for the guest, the other for a friend.
3. Workshop Host Informational Packet (WHIP)
Many offices in your community bring in guest speakers to present at lunch and learns or workshop safety programs. Providing your attendees with the Workshop Host Information Packet is a very effective way to increase your influence in your community by doing outside workshops.
The WHIP contains the following content:
a. Company contact form
b. Human Resource Director letter
c. Community Based Workshop Series Overview
d. Custom magazine for each workshop in your workshop series
e. Personal invitation to tour your office
Step 1: Remember Your Mission Statement
The first step to ensuring that you deliver a powerful – paradigm shifting – presentation is remembering that you have an opportunity to change the lives of your guests, and their friends, families, loved ones and neighbors forever. You hold within your grasp, the life changing gift of chiropractic, and remembering that – regardless of whether there are 2 or 20 guests, don’t sell them short. Give them everything you’ve got!

Step 2: Don’t Take Yourself So Seriously!
Remember, it’s ok to be real. It’s ok to laugh, have fun; don’t take yourself so seriously. Loosen up a bit. Even though you’re presenting a serious topic, remember it’s a workshop – not a lecture. Workshops are by nature – interactive. The lighter you make the workshop, the more involvement you’ll receive from the guests in attendance.
Step 3: Preparation
I once heard a great quote on success, I forget where, but it went something like this, “Success is when opportunity meets preparedness.” Being prepared for your presentation is critical to your success. Have the guests folders prepared, review your slides, understand the animation, the click sequences, ensure the proper timing of and utilization of the handouts.
Step 4: Patient Testimonial
Few things are as effective as social proof. Having a patient provide a genuine testimonial can in and of itself be the key ingredient for successful conversion of attendees to patients. It is important however, to ensure that your patient is comfortable sharing their testimonial – I recommend that they rehearse it with you first. You’ll be amazed at how off track they can get when the emotion of sharing hits them full tilt.
Step 5: Part Of Their Team
Every attendee is “waiting to be closed.” They know it, and you know it. “How is he going to do it,” is their only question. Understanding and dismantling their fear of “being closed” is critical to creating a long lasting, trusting relationship. This is accomplished right from the start of the workshop presentation.
Sharing with the attendees that you’re role is to be a resource, and as such you are going to assist them in finding hope and help. Hope that they really overcome their headaches (LBP, Fibromyalgia, etc..) for good, and help in the process of forming their headache resolution team.
As the workshop unfolds, they will begin to see you as their most trusted advisor as it relates to their headaches, and they will choose you as part of their headache (LBP, Fibromyalgia, etc.) resolution team.
